Since January, I’ve been working around the clock to grow Task Pros into the business I’ve always envisioned—a trusted, resourceful partner for individuals and small businesses needing support in today’s demanding world. But I want to be honest with you: it’s been tough.
Task Pros isn’t just a business—it’s a personal mission. We primarily offer Authorized Representative services, Digital Marketing, and full-spectrum Virtual Assistant support. Whether it's managing communications, organizing workflows, building digital strategies, or helping other service providers scale their operations, we exist to make life easier and more manageable for those we serve.
But this year, like many small business owners, we've been hit hard by rising costs. Every month, prices go up—software, tools, subscriptions, advertising, and even basic infrastructure—and it’s been a challenge just to keep things moving. On top of that, I’ve faced personal obstacles that have made it even harder to progress at the pace I’d hoped. These include financial pressures, family responsibilities, and the mental toll of trying to carry a growing business largely on my own.
To be completely honest, I’ve had moments where I questioned whether I could really do this—whether the dream of building something lasting was too far out of reach. But then I remind myself why I started: because I believe in helping people. I believe that hard work, transparency, and consistency still matter. And I believe that even if things are slow, even if the website isn’t perfect, and even if I’m still figuring things out—I can make this work with time and the right support.
Some parts of our digital presence are still outdated or incomplete. That’s not because we’re not paying attention—it’s because most of our time and energy is being spent on the behind-the-scenes work of fulfilling client needs, improving service relationships, and staying afloat. Our progress may be slower than what you'd see from a company with more capital or a full team—but every step forward is earned with care and intention.
I know many of you are waiting for things to be more polished, more official, more finished. I hear you, and I promise, that’s coming. In the meantime, please know that we are still active, we are still available, and we are still committed to serving our clients—just with limited digital tools and capacity for now.
Thank you for being patient. Thank you for believing in a small business that’s doing its best to grow through adversity. Thank you for giving us a chance.
I love you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart,
Robert Snider, Founder of Task Pros
